| Prior to
forming Ted Funke & Associates, P.C. Ted Funke was a tax manager for a local CPA firm
where he applied his five years of expertise as an IRS agent on behalf of his clients. Ted is the original founder of the firm Ted Funke & Associates, P.C. which was formed in October 1976. During the interim period of thirty three years, his experiences have included mergers and acquisitions, establishing credit facilities, term financing, equipment leasing, real estate financing, liquidations, bankruptcy, litigation support, tax representations, corporate planning, personal financial planning, and estate/gift tax planning. Ted also served as a special accountant for the State Bar Grievance Commission. A proactive CPA, Ted Funke helps clients define goals and implements strategies to make those goals materialize. Ted is a graduate of the University of Detroit and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from that institution. |
