Formerly with Touche Ross (Deloitte & Touche) Sam Passalacqua has held a variety of managerial positions and served as president of a manufacturing concern before joining Ted Funke & Associates, P.C. in 1995.  He became a partner in 1998.

Sam currently has clients in a wide variety of industries including Manufacturing, Health Care, Restaurants, Retail, Legal, Insurance, Merger & Acquisitions, Internet Service Providers, Sales Representatives, Engineering Companies, Real Estate Developers, Home Builders, Staffing, Property Rental Companies, Real Estate Investment Trust and Alternative Energy Providers.  He also provides businesses, finance and manufacturing consulting services to a wide range of business concerns.

Sam Passalacqua is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
